From Interstate 80 take the Hwy 141 exit north towards Grimes.  Turn left(west) onto SE 37th Street and continue west on SE 37th Street as it turns into Waterford Road, turn left on 149th Street (south) into the development.


From the corner of Alice’s Rd. and Hickman Rd. (Hwy 6) head north on Alice’s Rd until you get to Waterford Road then take a right (east) continue until you get to 149th Street then take a right (south) into the development.
